For facial contouring, you need to have a certain amount of cheekbone prominence. Koreans look more attractive and handsome when they retain Korean features; looking Chinese is not necessarily appealing. Also, a facelift is an aging-related surgery, so reconstruction should be performed with a Gachon University double facelift. Facial contouring is the right choice in cases where a dermatologist recommends it, rather than when the patient simply wants it. If there is no cheekbone prominence, having the surgery anyway is more difficult than effective and may only make you look strange.
