After having the nasal tip cartilage bound and my nose shortened, my nose became longer and felt stuffy, so I had it removed early after only three weeks. I considered going to a specialist hospital that had performed many removals, but I went back to the hospital where I had the original surgery because they understood the surgical method well, right..? I don't think I communicated well with the surgeon during the first operation, so this time I explained everything properly. I said I was removing it because my nose had become longer, and that I wanted it to become shorter rather than spread too much. But now the angle is clearly different from my nose after the first surgery, so I'm worried that it might become upturned this time too.. I thought that simply releasing the binding would let my nose return to its original shape without problems, but can the nose really change this much even after releasing the cartilage binding? I'm upset. Will it return as it was unless the cartilage is repositioned? Could it only look upturned because of the initial swelling? They say the shape can change frequently after removal—will it eventually look like it did on the day of the first surgery? This was my first surgery, so please tell me from experience what happens after removal, everyone
