I went because there were many reviews saying it was thorough, but it was literally a factory, and when they did the extraction they didn't even touch the area around the philtrum, lol. They didn't even remove the visible sebum... Still, I don't think it will leave scars, and they additionally took care of me with a modeling pack and sterilizing laser treatment, so I was somewhat satisfied (I don't think I'll visit again).
