An older acquaintance said it was a hospital famous for specializing in revision surgery, so I immediately went around in person and had a consultation. Since it was my first nose surgery, I first heard about the overall structure, and then heard what kind of nose is considered ideal. Because my nose is on the small side, they said costal cartilage absolutely has to be used if I want to make it higher, and that choosing donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage is my decision. Of course, since it is a private clinic, the price was harsher than at large hospitals, but I’m thinking about it because I feel like they could make a pretty nose.
