I always had a complex about how my nostrils showed a lot and looked upturned when viewed from the front, and how my nasal wings were spread out.
When I went to Unimedi for a consultation, I first had a detailed consultation with the consultant, and she was truly professional to the point that she brought up the areas I wanted to improve before I even mentioned them... She recommended the price, surgical process, and the surgery suited to me, and all of them were procedures I had researched for months and matched the nose shape I wanted, so I judged that there was no overtreatment and immediately trusted them.
Through the detailed consultation with the consultant, I felt that Unimedi seemed to be the best for improving naturally spread-out alar width, and since they said same-day surgery was possible, I had the surgery that very day.
After applying anesthetic cream, I had the surgery about 20 minutes later. Except when I got the anesthetic injection in my nose, I was not nervous at all during the surgery and received it comfortably. (The anesthetic injection hurts enough to make tears come out, but no pain no gain.. everyone, please remember..,,) They stitched one side of my nose and showed me during the surgery, saying this is about how much they would reduce it. At that point, if you want it reduced more, they can reduce it more, and if you want it loosened, they can loosen it more. Some noses have limits to how much they can be reduced, and mine was like that, so the director said he would reduce it as much as possible, and I trusted him and had the surgery.
For aftercare, I only applied the prescribed medication very lightly, to the point that it felt like I barely applied it, did not open my mouth wide, did not pick my nose, and just avoided smiling broadly, so I was able to return to daily life right away, enough to go to school the next day. At first, because of swelling, the nose can look extremely small and pointy, but once the swelling goes down, it returns naturally. (Please keep this in mind when deciding how much to reduce! Once the swelling goes down, the nose becomes a little bigger than it looked on the day of surgery!)
Now, a little over 1 month and 1 week later, I am living very satisfiedㅠㅠ
After the nose surgery, I have not edited my nose in photos even once. That is how much my complex improved, and unless I say I had nose surgery, 9 out of 10 people do not notice, but sharp-eyed friends noticed first and said my nose had become slimmer and looked higher. After hearing that, I really thought I did well getting alar reduction at Unimedi ㅠㅠ
I highly recommend Unimedi to those who want natural!! alar improvement + a nose that looks higher and slimmer without surgery to raise the nasal bridge..
