The director is very decisive. He clearly tells you what can and can’t be done. But it was my first surgery and he said I would need costal cartilage, so I was a bit puzzled. No other clinic had ever mentioned costal cartilage. He also talked about alar base reduction and paranasal augmentation in addition to the nose surgery. He wasn’t pushing them strongly; it felt more like, ‘these are good to do together with the nose.’ The manager was extremely kind. The consultation was long, and whenever I asked a question, she answered very carefully.
