There really was a care manager, but I have no idea what kind of care it was, below is long but please read it, there is not a single exaggeration This is the real review from 1/7 and 1/8, yesterday and today
Day 1 Right arm won’t go up (not just up in the air, I literally can’t lift it even a little) The left side is soft, but the right side is only getting harder and more painful I figured maybe this is normal after surgery and endured it For dinner, my husband boiled ramen, served it, and fed me I was too scared to sleep lying down, so I slept in a massage chair But the right side was so swollen and painful, like I had a stiff neck? It hurt so much that it didn’t even feel like sleep
Day 2 My right breast feels like it’s going to burst; it’s rock hard and hurts like hell. My ribs hurt too, my back hurts too, everything hurts. Only the right side has a square-shaped breast, and a hematoma formed (hematoma = blood collection) I couldn’t take it, so after contacting the hospital (care manager) I sent photos (I had to retake them twice because of my hair; had to put it on and take it off twice; if they had explained properly,,,,,/My husband happened to get off work early today, which was truly a huge relief,,,,he helped me put everything on and take everything off,,,thank God.. I’m not religious) I wondered if I was overreacting, so I asked in an open chat When I showed the photos in a room with hundreds of people, people said they had never seen anything like it, so they sensed it was serious They told me to go to the hospital immediately, and since I couldn’t keep going on like this I got in my husband’s car and went in around 3:30 Before arriving, I called the hospital to say I was on my way Even after I got there, the hospital response was unbelievably slow... because the doctor in charge was off that day They just kept saying they were checking, ugh... What made no sense to me was that I was in so much pain that the moment I searched for breast surgery complications / hematoma, an N portal and YouTube plastic surgery video popped up saying it was an emergency and to contact the hospital right away but the result was blame-shifting and endless waiting (I was drenched in cold sweat, nauseous, vomiting, my face turned pale, blood rose all the way to my clavicle, and one minute felt like 10 hours... you only know this pain if you go through it) I thought, wow, I’m going to die like this. Because of the blood collecting, my left and right hand colors were different, and my right hand and arm, including the upper body, were numb Because circulation to the right hand was poor, it kept getting colder (the guardian kept massaging it, but that also hurt,,) I kept asking when I could see the doctor every 10 to 20 minutes. One of the coordinators said all the doctors were in surgery and would be done in 20 minutes, and they’d connect me right after What do you mean 20 minutes? Even after waiting more than an hour, no one said anything Even after waiting and waiting, it still wasn’t happening, so I yelled, tried begging, tried everything, but nothing worked, and because I was in so much pain and getting irritated, I shouted that if there was nothing they could do, then call 119 at least Then, after I made a scene, they guided me into a room with no people, and while I was about to leave one of the coordinators said, “Why are you making a scene at us?” I walked ahead first, so I didn’t hear it myself, but my guardian heard it. (I heard about it later after coming home from the revision surgery) What was weird here - they said they had no emergency call contact number I asked for a contact number so the doctor in charge and I could get in touch, but they said I couldn’t contact the doctor directly either Hospital said: the doctor is off today, wait for contact, we’re checking, wait What kind of care is that from the care manager, lol...(kept acting like they’d check) If that’s how it’s going to be, I might as well become a manager too~ Anyway, I had surgery at this hospital, and like I said above, they even posted a video saying it was an emergency, and when I came in because of a complication, if it wasn’t the coordinator handling desk work, who was I supposed to ask about when I’d be seen? The more I think about it, the more ridiculous it is I hope you get the same thing done to you, you b***h What does a coordinator even do? I used to be one too, is this really right? {“A patient came in because of a complication, and you said ‘Why are you making a scene?’,,’} Around 4:30, they finally said the doctor would come by 5, so I held on for dear life, trying not to lose consciousness. Even after that, he still didn’t come. I thought I was really going to die like this, and all strength left my body; truly, no strength would go back in no matter how much I wanted it to At about 5:15, my blood pressure before re-surgery anesthesia was 147, 177, 138 Those were numbers I had never seen in my life. Whenever I normally measure my blood pressure, it’s around 112/80, which is normal. I had eaten some porridge, water, and medicine at 12:30 to take my meds that day, so it was dangerous, but I figured it would be better to just be anesthetized and die painlessly Anyway, it went ahead under sedation anesthesia. During the surgery, they asked the guardian about my blood type and said I might need a transfusion, so the guardian said okay. Fortunately, there was no transfusion The revision surgery ended around 7 o’clock,, The doctor said: blood was leaking one drop at a time. Yesterday there was definitely no blood at all, so the surgery looked pretty, but why is this strange? I’m very careless about safety? So I had already looked up complications, precautions after surgery, everything on YouTube, N portal, and open chats, so I was being as careful as possible Yesterday and today I used only my abdominal strength as much as possible, and today, except for my phone, my husband even helped me with everything from not using my arms to peeing and wiping) Ha, even after this, surgery? I actually asked to remove the implants during the revision surgery But since I had general anesthesia yesterday, that was too much, so they just washed and reinserted them If you think, “Whatever, I can endure pain that feels like I’m dying,” then go ahead and get breast surgery People might say it’s because I moved too much that blood collected, but if they try it themselves, they’ll understand Even moving a little hurts like hell, so to move enough to cause a hematoma like that? That’s nonsense Anyway, that really paid off my bad luck for the new year (I saw on a reel that a shaman said people born in the x sign shouldn’t get cut on their body this year. I saw a lot of reviews from this famous clinic, and since I’m a capital P, I thought I’d just go for a breast consultation, hear the price, and pay immediately, but the photos show a one-person recovery room, and it was a factory-style multi-person setup (the thing I hate most is factory-style,,) I was about to cancel the payment, but they said I’d have to pay 50%, so I just went through with it and ended up like this,,, even if someone paid for me, I would never do it again I’d rather keep going for eye surgery or dermatology appointments,,,,
Right now, as I’m writing this, the area above the opposite nipple feels hot and prickly, like it’s being stabbed with a knife. Is that normal???
