They only anesthetized under the eyes and proceeded. There was a little pain from time to time during the surgery, more than I expected. Be careful about sneezing after surgery. A sneeze burst a blood vessel, so I went back the next day and had revision surgery on one eye lol. The swelling mostly went down in about less than a month, and the numb sensation seemed to last about 6 months. I don’t think it’s a very simple surgery.
