This was a place I ended up getting a consultation at after a friend recommended it The waiting time wasn't too bad, and all the staff who assisted me were kind The consultant also wasn't unfriendly and answered my questions well But if there was one thing that was disappointing, I felt like the consultation ended faster than expected The director did explain things well, organizing the necessary points clearly But among all the places I've consulted at so far, this was one of the consultations that ended a bit quickly Still, I liked that the director also seemed confident about the surgery
