After my first surgery, I got inflammation, had the silicone removed, and developed contracture. I had the contracted nose lowered at another hospital, but people are fickle, and I’m starting to want moreㅠㅠ I want revision surgery, but I’m scared to put silicone in.. Ha, what should I do? People around me say my nose is fine now too, and ask what I’m going to do if I mess with it for no reason and get inflammation againㅠㅠㅠ
미2미 If you keep doing that, something could really go wrong later, so really think it through before doing it..
빠삐얌 [@미2미] ㅠㅠ Should I just be satisfied with my nose now and live with it.. It is scary
말랑한모찌 But if you had inflammation after the first surgery, the chances seem high that it could happen the second time too.. If you do it for no reason and your whole nose gets ruined, you’ll be really stressed… I think it’s right not to do it..ㅜㅜ
빠삐얌 [@말랑한모찌] Sigh, rightㅠㅠㅠ Sigh.. Why am I prone to inflammation
Skqlwpfdl Think it through carefully ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
빠삐얌 [@Skqlwpfdl] I think I need to think about it carefullyㅠㅠㅠ
이쁘니되게 Isn’t using dermis also an option? I used AlloDerm at ㅅㄱ, but if it’s a second revision rhinoplasty, I think it’d be okay to look into methods using things like this instead of silicone.. My issue wasn’t contracture or inflammation, so donated dermis was possible for me, but for you, it seems like you should go with autologous tissue if possible
빠삐얌 [@이쁘니되게] I also raised my bridge with AlloDerm at ㅊㅁㅠㅠ But a lot of it got absorbed, so some is still left, but I wanted to put silicone in. Thinking about it again, though, it’s scary tooㅠㅠ
세최이 If your nose now isn’t bad either, I think it’d be good to be satisfied with your current nose!!
빠삐얌 [@세최이] ㅠㅠㅠ Seeing the comments, I think I should be satisfied

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 How is ㅊㅁ??
It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
