Still, they gave a good consultation Since it’s a revision surgery, they suggested silicone + ear cartilage + postauricular fascia I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, but they said they don’t recommend that and that ear cartilage alone can make it sufficiently sturdy They said there would be a discount if I put down a deposit, so I did for now, but I’m a bit unsure
