The consultation with the director was quiet and pleasant. The director's consultation was more central than the manager's, and they showed me a virtual simulation, and because I have rhinitis I also got diagnosed for that together. It was nice that I could do it with only the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, without donor ribs. I was diagnosed with silicone, osteotomy, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and a dorsal hump.
