The hospital atmosphere wasn’t particularly chaotic. I went after making a consultation appointment, but when I booked, I hadn’t decided in advance which director I would consult with / An acquaintance said they had surgery with the head director, so I wanted to consult with the head director, but their schedule didn’t work out, so I just consulted with the consultant. Since I only consulted with the consultant, we couldn’t really go into specifics, and I had consultations at three places including this hospital, but this was the only place that recommended an incisional method.
