I had surgery in 2017, used silicone and ear cartilage, and also had nostril reduction. After surgery, there was something like inflammation, and after that it was okay. After the splint was removed, the silicone gradually became crooked, and because the silicone moves, I’m now looking into revision surgery. There is also some scarring from the nostril reduction, and I’m a bit disappointed that the post-op care was not done well.
