I don’t know if it’s because they put cotton inside my nostrils, but my nostrils look really big.. I had surgery to improve the front view because my nostrils were showing, but do they normally look bigger when cotton is inserted? Will they look a bit less big after the splint is removed and the swelling goes down..?
