The consultation with the director was fine. He briefly explained what was necessary and what needed to be explained for the surgery, took questions, and that was it. He doesn't seem to be the type to explain things at length. I felt the staff were quite kind compared with other clinics. After seeing clinics where staff joke and laugh among themselves in front of clients, coming here made me feel that the staff were focused on the clients, so I liked that part. Maybe because I've seen so many awful staff lately Since there are many directors, there are also many clients, and I did occasionally see people getting irritated because of the waiting time. I recommend leaving plenty of time when booking a consultation.
