I got a consultation because a lot of my friends around me had it done there. I said when making the appointment that I definitely wanted a consultation with the director, and I also asked in advance about virtual plastic surgery and received it. I asked not only about my nose, but also what else would be good considering my proportions and overall face. The director said that my face would be fine as long as the center became prettier through nose surgery. No over-recommending, and the atmosphere was that they tried to accommodate me as much as possible.
