The doctor explained things very professionally and well, so I felt trust. But the consultant seemed to only try to answer the things I was curious about, so I actually held onto her and asked this and that.. If you go at first without knowing much, it feels like you might just suddenly end up having surgery.. Still, overall they were kind, so I'm thinking a lot about whether to have surgery here.
