I had nose surgery with ear cartilage + silicone My nasal bridge wasn't on the low side, so I wasn't greedy about it, but my nostrils/alar area were wide and my nose was on the round side, so I wanted to lift the nasal tip Right after surgery, it was better than before surgery, but what I'm disappointed with now is that I wish the nasal tip were a little sharper, and my nostrils show too much from the front ㅠㅠ They say everyone gets revision nose surgery at least once, so I'm thinking about revision too.... ㅠㅠ
