My radix/bridge area was operated on with custom silicone, and for the nasal tip, they used ear cartilage and the dermal layer behind my ear to smooth out the folded area!! My nose was short and upturned, and I had almost no nasal bridge ㅠㅠ (it was in a state where implant-free surgery was unimaginable) And because my nose was low, my mouth also looked protruded, but during the consultation, they really noticed the parts I was concerned about first and pointed them out so precisely that I had nothing more to say. Maybe because they only used ear cartilage, breathing was comfortable too, and there was nothing especially uncomfortable during the recovery process! Before surgery, my concerns were: 1. upturned nose 2. nostrils visible from the front 3. wanting my bridge and tip overall to be higher!! Not a nose that looks forcibly pulled, but as naturally as possible within the maximum achievable range for my own nose. That was the request I told the chief director again and again^^ It is still early after surgery, but I feel so satisfied and happy that every morning puts me in a good mood. I hope it continues to hold up well without contracture or other side effects from here onㅜㅜ If there are no issues up to one month, it should be okay for the time being, right?
