First of all, when I went, the clinic atmosphere was nice, so I felt comfortable. The staff were kind too, and the consultant explained things calmly and clearly, with almost no pressure to book. But the doctor looked extremely busy. He quickly marked the line once, and that was it. There was no recommending what would suit me or anything like that; he just showed roughly the line I wanted, and it ended there. There wasn’t even time to ask questions.
