After lower eyelid fat repositioning at another hospital, my under-eye area became too hollow and I even developed sanpaku eyes, so I was considering fat grafting, decided to do it, and had fat grafting up to the second session. Honestly, I think my satisfaction is about 60%. Because my eyes did not close as well and because of the sanpaku eyes, I had fat grafting to the aegyo-sal area, but maybe because of the aegyo-sal, there is slight under-eye sagging. The under-eye hollowness improved by about 60%, but the second fat grafting also did not have that much of an effect, so I am considering whether to get filler later. It is disappointing that I did not see a major effect compared with the cost. The consultation and the doctor were good.
