My eyes were originally very small and curled inward, so even after epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and partial incision, they did not become dramatically bigger. The epicanthoplasty left a white scar, and the lateral canthoplasty at least is not very noticeable, but overall, it does look somewhat like I had plastic surgery. Still, I think it is much better than my previous eyes.
