I got my nose done here 5 years ago. (The doctor who did my nose has now left DA and joined another hospital as the head director.) When the splint first came off, it came out so legendary-pretty that I worshipped it, but after about 2 years, the nasal tip drooped and the nasal dorsum also became thick. (Why?) When I went for a consultation, they said it was because my skin was thick and that even if I had revision surgery, it would be the same.. Then I went for consultations at other hospitals, and they said the silicone was simply thick from the beginning, so I replaced it with a thinner one + they said the osteotomy was also a bit insufficient, so I had osteotomy done once more. The doctor is kind, but.. the result was disappointing, and he is very busy. In the end, it’s factory-style.. Factory-style clinics have their own pros and cons, so please think carefully.
