Success with a short nose using autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage?!

Before-before-after-after-after I’m leaving a surgery review too!!! hehe I think the nose determines a person’s overall vibe, and as you can tell from the photos, maybe because my nose before surgery was short, it didn’t have much dimensionality, and how should I put it... my face looked plain and kind of flatㅠ It wasn’t quite an upturned nose, but I wished my nostrils showed a little less, and my nasal tip felt too round tooㅜ

Since it was my first nose surgery, I honestly didn’t know much about materials and things like that, and even when I went for consultations and listened to the explanations, there were so many difficult medical terms, so I kept asking questionsㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ First of all, the director isn’t exactly the talkative type, but during the consultation, how should I put it... he answers questions in a lot of detail. He explained while drawing on the photos taken, and explained the surgical limitations and the best possible shape too~ And most of all, I liked the shape the best. For the nasal tip, he designed both the nasolabial angle and columella length to suit my face] The price was reasonable, and the aftercare was appropriately good too, so I chose DI! It’s been about 3 weeks since I had surgery now.

For the surgery, autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage were used, and I also had paranasal augmentation with autologous tissue and cartilage repositioning. I wondered whether autologous costal cartilage was right for a first surgery, but these days it seemed like many people here use autologous costal cartilage even for their first surgery, so I decided to do it. Right after surgery, it hurt, so I slightly regretted it ㅜㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋ These days, it’s become more manageable, so I think it was a good choice. What I especially like is the nasal tip. Before, it used to be round, but now it’s defined, and I like that the line looks pretty even from the side. The before-and-after difference is really clear hehe It hasn’t even been a month yet, so once the swelling goes down more, it’ll look much more natural, right??
