I heard the director I saw had only recently joined, but both the director and the consultation manager were kind, and I liked that they didn't make me feel rushed and kept asking if there was anything else I was curious about while consulting me.
However, the director isn't the type to state numerically exactly how many cc of pure fat can be removed or how many centimeters thinner it can get. So people with very firm goals might have trouble deciding.
They said that if the effect after surgery falls short of the director's expectations, injections as aftercare (I assume fat-dissolving injections?) are free; if it reaches the level where re-aspiration is needed, the first time only the anesthesia fee (I remember it being a little over 100,000 won) is paid and the rest is free; beyond that, it becomes a revision surgery.
The aftercare includes 3 sessions of high-frequency treatment, 3 sessions of medium-frequency treatment, and unlimited scar laser treatment starting 3 months later, so I like the aftercare and follow-up care.
