The director speaks informally. The staff seem like salary thieves; they don't work properly. I don't know if it was the consultant manager or a regular reception employee, but they started a power struggle. Maybe because it's a provincial clinic, it feels like they do whatever they want. I just have no words. There are also problems with the surgical result. A place I absolutely never want to set foot in again. If someone around me says they're getting surgery here, I'll stop them no matter what.
