I’ve had dark circles ever since I was really young, and mine are pretty severe, so even concealer doesn’t cover them.. Under-eye fat repositioning? If not that, I’m thinking about trying under-eye filler, but are both procedures okay to get in your 20s?? Please recommend which one seems like it would work well for me ㅜ For plastic surgery clinics, I’m looking at ㅇㅇㄴㅋ (but their prices seem pretty high..) and ㅅㄱ, but I don’t have any friends around me who know much about plastic surgery, so the information I can find is really limited.. please help
