Since I have a fairly defined nasal bridge? In my opinion, I think it would be okay to do it without an implant, so I have been going around for consultations at places that do nice nasal tip surgery! They recommended that if I build up the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, the overall line would definitely become a natural yet glamorous line and suit my image.
