BeforeAfterAfter[Before surgery] I’ve always been on the chubby side, but my upper arms were especially thick, so I only tended to wear sleeveless tops or short sleeves when traveling abroad. I don’t have much muscle either, but my arms are thick with a lot of fat ㅠㅠ Even when I wear short sleeves, I always wear elbow-length, three-quarter-style short-sleeve tops haha.. I always wanted arm liposuction, and while thinking about it, I searched online and visited clinics, then chose Royalㄹㅇ because they said they perform LOT liposuction, Director Kim In-gu’s own technique. I decided to proceed with the arms, armpits, accessory breasts, and mini scapular area.
[Day of surgery] I was excited from the morning and woke up early haha. Before going to the hospital, I wanted to see the change process, so I took before-surgery photos by myself at home. There was quite a bit of front bulge and back bulge too, so I thought it was a good thing I added the accessory breast and mini scapular areas lol. When I had the consultation, Director Kim In-gu confidently said he would use the LOT liposuction method so I could get the straight arm shape I wanted, so I trusted him haha. The nurse teachers were also extremely kind, and when they were placing the line in my foot, my blood vessels were weak so the nurse had a hard time, but she reassured me that it was okay, which touched me ㅠㅠ And for the surgery, when I woke up I was lying in the recovery room, so I rested enough and then left.
[After surgery - Day 1] They say arm liposuction pain differs by person, but for me it was about a stiff, aching feeling, and my arms lifted better than I expected. LOT liposuction is something I hadn’t heard of elsewhere, but I didn’t have bruising traveling downward either. When I unwrapped the bandage over the compression garment, I could really see the before-and-after difference. I must still have a lot of swelling right now, so I’m really looking forward to how it will be as the swelling gradually goes down haha. I really understand why Director Kim In-gu was confident haha. I’m going to diligently do the arm liposuction aftercare and disinfection as the hospital instructed~!
