Today is about one month since my surgery! First of all, I wanted to use autologous materials as much as possible, so I had the surgery without using silicone. Originally, my nasal tip was very droopy, so the plan was to lift the tip, fill that transition area using ear cartilage, and slightly fill the glabella with fascia from behind the ear. But during surgery, the director lifted the nasal tip and said there was not much difference from the front, and asked how I would feel about also doing nostril base reduction, so I did it! I kept chatting with the director throughout the surgery lol
During the consultation too, the director said my face was naturally round and soft, so it would be better to do it within a range that would not disrupt that overall mood. There is some frontal effect too, but I like the side profile the most because it became more three-dimensional! These days, one month later, I do not really have any discomfort. The incision area is still a bit red. They said nostril base reduction does not leave absolutely no scar. Anyway, it turned out very natural, so I am satisfied~
