I had 2 snaggle teeth + my front teeth and lateral incisors overlapped, so people called them monster teeth, and it stressed me out since I was young. I started orthodontic treatment in elementary school, and now I’m an adult. I still have a retainer attached to the back of my teeth. (I don’t think I’ll be able to remove this going forward either) It was so long ago, and straightening my teeth was the main purpose, so I’m not sure whether my face shape changed or improved.
