My nose wasn't that bad, but I had surgery just to give myself a gift. The writer is male. The surgery went well. It looks pretty, but the place I had surgery at offers one year of free AS. So the columella is a little long, so I wasn't sure whether to do it or not, but I went in for a consultation today and booked a date. It seems like it takes at least 6 months for all the swelling to go down, but sigh, thinking about having to reduce the swelling again feels daunting, lol. I'm not afraid of going onto the operating table; it didn't hurt either. Hope everyone becomes handsome and beautiful.
