The director examined me with ultrasound during the consultation, measured my skin thickness too, and explained everything carefully and in detail. However, they recommended a subfascial method that none of the other directors had ever recommended. They said dual-plane can inevitably cause animation. As far as I know, animation happens when the muscle isn’t cut perfectly depending on the surgical skill, but hearing them say it would happen no matter what and seeing them push subfascial made me think, are they not very confident...? Even when I asked questions because it seemed like I wouldn’t go ahead with surgery, the manager kept cutting me off and talking with a sigh. It felt like, just hurry up and go~. The manager’s attitude also made me think they’d probably be different before and after if something went wrong, so I decided this wasn’t the place and passed.
