I had a consultation at Lala Plastic Surgery, but overall, I was not satisfied. First, I felt burdened because there was pressure to pay a reservation deposit, and the cost also felt excessively expensive during the consultation. In particular, the doctor gave the impression of lacking confidence, and I only received answers when I asked questions directly, so the consultation felt passive. From a patient's perspective, I felt there was a lack of attitude or consideration toward fully resolving my questions. Overall, my trust in the hospital decreased, which made it difficult to make a final decision.
