I chose it because it was the cheapest among the quotes I got for facial hair removal. It definitely seems like price and friendliness are proportional. If you want a cheap price, it's probably best to give up on friendliness. During the consultation, they tried to push additional procedures and payments, which felt a bit burdensome.
