My previous breasts were not a major complex for me, but after I started enjoying exercise, the fit didn’t look good when I wore workout clothes, and it made me look like I had no femininity. Especially because my cleavage was very wide-set and my upper breasts were very sunken, even though I didn’t have zero natural breast tissue, no matter what I wore, I looked flat, which was a concern... Then I suddenly got fixated on breast surgery, made up my mind, did a lot of online research, made a consultation list, and on the day I went around for consultations, I even completed the reservation right away! It was such a major surgery that I decided on after much difficulty, to the point it appeared in my dreams for days, so I had a lot of worry and fear, but I finally got new breasts haha I think the biggest reasons I chose this hospital were the director’s mindset toward surgery (safety-first and prevention-first) and the chief manager’s warm consideration and kindness. I looked up every YouTube video and blog featuring the director, and my first impression was that, compared with how he looked in videos, he had a chic, cool city-guy(?) vibe... haha But personally, the manager, who always seemed equipped with warmth + kindness, somehow gave me courage and comfort! Those who have had surgery know this, but after surgery, communication with the manager is bigger than contact with the director, so that was an important part for me.
* Surgery day I arrived at the hospital early on the day of surgery, finalized the size while refitting, finished all the preparation steps, and while waiting I was so scared and nervous, but all the operating room staff were kind and guided me well, so I was able to finish the surgery safelyㅜㅜ After surgery, as soon as I came to my senses, the pain in my upper breasts extending from the armpits was very severe, and even after receiving all the painkillers, it hurt so much that I came straight homeㅜㅜ When I read reviews from people who also had hybrid surgery, they said the pain in the fat-harvested areas hurt much more than the breasts, but for me, the thighs where fat was removed were so fine I could barely tell anything had been done, and my breasts hurt so much... They even helped me get dressed when I was discharged... With a reasonable suspicion in my mind about whether painless anesthesia really exists, I spent the first day resting at home and focusing on recovery. Because it was general anesthesia, after waking up my throat hurt and I was very thirsty, so I kept drinking water like a hippo, but from after my morning surgery until past midnight, I couldn’t urinate, which was difficult. When I asked the next day, they said that as an aftereffect of general anesthesia, there can be differences in how each organ’s function returns, so even if you feel like you need to urinate, it may not come out. They said this part naturally returns over time, so I didn’t need to worry too much, and thankfully it has now returned to normal!
* Day 1 (progress + care) The pain actually decreased a lot compared with the day of surgery, and the swelling felt greater. Thankfully, the hybrid thigh area still had no pain! I visited the hospital, received high-pressure oxygen + SmartLux (regeneration laser), briefly saw the director, had my condition checked, and returned home. Maybe because everything was taped, it was difficult to check the progress in detail, so he didn’t examine it closely and just asked how my condition and pain were. I was disappointed that the time checking progress with the director was very short (cut at 50 seconds...?), but I decided to check progress again the next day when the tape was removed and went home!
* Day 2 (progress + care + tape removal / wearing the Vov) The pain was similarly not severe, but maybe because the swelling had increased, there was a little discomfort on the left breast side, and I also had a slight pricking sensation. My left breast was originally a little bigger, and although a smaller implant was inserted, the swelling right now is bigger than the right sideㅜㅜ When I went to the hospital and had the tape removed, there were bruises in parts of my breasts, and especially the hybrid-treated thighs had really severe bruising... It looked pretty noticeable even with the tape on, but seeing it plainly, it was much larger and more severe... It’s strange that there isn’t much pain... haha I don’t think I could ever do this in summer! hahaha But this tape adhesive is a real headache... Even with oil, it doesn’t wipe off cleanly, so it felt so unpleasant when putting clothes on. As soon as I got home, I carefully wiped it with wet wipes, but it still doesn’t come off well... I think I’ll have to remove it properly from day 7, after getting the stitches removed and showering haha The director checked my progress longer than yesterday and also checked my stretching posture. I asked about things I was worried about, like blood pooling or asymmetric swelling, and he said it was okay and left~ (He is always somewhere on the border between cool and chic...) Tomorrow I absolutely have to wash my hair and get ready for work... I’ll be able to do it well, right...? Still, time is the medicine, so I believe if I endure and wait a day or two and recover well, it will improve quickly! I want time to pass quickly so I can enter the stable phase haha
