I had the consultation by video, and it was good because they told me the exact measurements and what would be realistically possible. They said the cartilage in my nasal tip is well developed, so there was enough to work with. They also said my posterior cheekbones are large, and that my chin is short and protruding, so it would be good to shave the front a bit and lengthen it downward. I agree.
