Astigmatism + high myopia (right: -5.5, left: -7.5) After consultation at the hospital, I decided on implantable contact lens surgery (the left eye definitely needed lens implantation; LASIK was possible for the right eye, but they recommended getting the same surgery in both eyes)
The examination process felt like a factory-style clinic, but the consultation itself was thorough. During surgery, the doctor kindly explained things, and it ended faster than I expected. They corrected my astigmatism as well, and now, 2 years later, I still have a little astigmatism, but not enough to cause problems in daily life. I went for an exam after 2 years, and both eyes came out at 1.2. I do have some glare/halos, but since I originally had severe astigmatism, I got used to it quickly!
