I like that they seem to pursue a natural look, but I’m also worried.. For a first surgery the cost is on the expensive side, and I don’t think I’ll be satisfied if they only raise it a little; the nose needs to be built up to some extent, but my current nose is really nonexistent to an Avatar level, so I’m thinking about it a lot
