This was the second clinic I visited for a consultation, and I liked that all the staff and the doctor were very kind. The facilities were clean, and the snack corner where you could have something while waiting was nice too.
After booking, the process went in the order of visit > check-in > consultation with the manager > consultation with the director > price information. I arrived at my reserved time and got through the manager consultation, but
I waited about 1 hour for the director consultation. I had expected about that much, so it was okay, and I liked that they didn't recommend unnecessary procedures. If I were to have surgery, they also briefly explained how things would proceed after surgery, which was nice ~ ^^
