The doctor is a bit blunt, but still seemed to have good skills. The hospital has a lot of people and is very busy! Someone I know had eyebrow removal done here, and it improved a lot, but it seemed difficult to remove completely! I'm still thinking it over, but it feels like a hospital I can trust a lot.
