Had my primary surgery together with functional rhinitis treatment. The director was kind. He tried to do it in the direction I wanted, but I was curious about the method that would make my own nose come out looking pretty. I asked whether I could get a nose like the photo without using silicone, and he said it was possible, so I proceeded with surgery using donated rib cartilage. It was my first fat grafting and primary nose surgery, and it took 7 hours. Before I fell asleep, it bothered me that the director left and did not come back in. The result did not look like the photo they showed me, my nose got bigger, and the nasal tip slightly drooped…
