About 5 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method. Over time, the line gradually got lower, and when I wore makeup, the double eyelid line almost didn’t seem visible, so I had it redone with the buried-suture method at another clinic, and I also had lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty done together.
It’s now been over 2 months since the surgery, and I think the line and height are all fine. The scars where I had the canthoplasty also seem to be healing well. Before the surgery, I kept wearing double eyelid tape for quite a while, but now I don’t have to, so it’s really convenient. I’m wearing contacts and makeup without any problems. Aside from swelling when I eat a lot and sleep, or when I’m not in good condition, most of the swelling has gone down, so it looks natural, and since I also had the canthoplasty, my eyes look more open. I’m satisfied because I think my eyes look bigger and prettier ㅎ
