The director explained things well in detail. I liked that they clearly pointed out what the problems with my nose were and why they were happening. Since it is a revision, I knew there was a higher chance costal cartilage would be used, but unlike when I went to other clinics, here they said that even with reuse of the previously used septal cartilage + ear cartilage, I could get the result I want, so I am thinking about it. Costal cartilage is burdensome because of the recovery period and all... and the nose I want is natural-looking, so it feels a bit much... I am leaning toward this place. However, I am concerned about nasal tip drooping.
