Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

Review after cheekbone reduction surgery, one month <~day 35>

It’s been one month and 5 more days. The day before yesterday, on Monday, I went to the hospital and got radiofrequency treatment. Honestly, I didn’t even know they had radiofrequency ㅜㅜ because I hadn’t heard about it.. At the beginning, I only got the basic swelling treatments and that was it.

Anyway, It was 30,000 won for one radiofrequency session, so I got it. After it ended, I asked if I could get Healite if they weren’t using it, and luckily I got it, and they also put a mask pack on me lol

They said radiofrequency helps loosen up areas inside the mouth where the stitches had been and felt lumpy, swelling in the temple area, and hard swelling around the incision in front of the ear.

They said it’s effective for loosening those hardened areas. Usually people get it 2-3 times, and they said some people see good effects even after one session, and of course, if you get it often, it’s good for lifting too.

After getting it the day before yesterday, compared with before, it feels about 20% more loosened and a bit more refined.

People around me say the swelling definitely seems to have gone down, and.. Even to me, whenever I look in the mirror now, it feels like my face has more dimension. I think the temple swelling has gone down by about 60% compared with when it was swollen after surgery.

I’m planning to get radiofrequency twice a week, for a total of 4 sessions. I don’t really want to buy a device myself.. They say you should check the frequency or something carefully.. I’m just going to go to the hospital and get it done with a proper large machine.

I can eat most foods, but things like gopchang, sundae, and pickled radish with chicken are a bit hard, and I’m also managing my diet, so it’s not that difficult haha

For the first 3 weeks after surgery, you really have to eat well no matter what, and take lots of supplements.. take twice as much. Even if I ate the same as before, maybe all the nutrition was going to bone union, or maybe my nails and hair weren’t getting enough nutrients, they got thin, were about to break, and felt dry. When I took twice as much, they returned to a normal condition like before surgery.

My body felt heavy and I was always tired, but around one month (30 days), it got okay. I’ve been working out at the gym since a week ago. Even lifting weights is fine. No strain. Maybe because I ate well and managed things well in the beginning. But I don’t do exercises where I’m lying down with my head low. I’m planning to do those from around month two or three. Blood pressure? Nosebleed? Just in case~~

Until week 3, eating soft, nutritious foods well, taking twice the supplements, drinking lots of water, pumpkin porridge (without rice.. personally I only ate Bibigo..) Doing it like this made the gym possible. No bleeding either.

Of all times, they say Typhoon Maysak is hitting Busan hard ㅜㅜ Secure your windows well and please be careful.
