<Day 29.><Day 60. That’s today^^>Today is exactly day 60. I had Gore-Tex done in 2012, and sometimes my nose would throb. I was also bothered by a slight crookedness, and when I felt pulling at the beginning of the year, I got scared. I also hated being conscious of the foreign-body sensation every time I looked in the mirror. So I decided on autologous dermis and had revision surgery.
They say removing an implant can lead to an upturned nose, but in my case it was something that could be corrected with cartilage repositioning, so ear cartilage wasn’t used. I’m really looking forward to my nose becoming softer in the future.
My original nose had a low bridge, a high nasal tip, and a long midface, so the starting point was lowered. Compared with people whose starting point was high, my “Avatar” period was shorter and not severe, but it still feels high for now.~^^
