Before before before / after after after It’s been a little over 1 month since I had rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. I had so, so many worries, and I hadn’t even been thinking about autologous costal cartilage, but I ended up deciding on autologous costal cartilage, so it felt like the surgery had become too big and I was scared.. After thinking about it for about 2 years, I just went for it with autologous costal cartilage. I really like the shape of my nose, but even though I worked so hard on scar care, it became pigmented.. There was a reason scars are considered a downside.
