Successful review of a third eyelid revision after having all kinds of side effects!

Before<(Before)When opening my eyes with effort>Before<(Before)When double creases formed if I didn’t put effort into opening my eyes>Before<(Before)When looking downward>Before<(Before)When a double eyelid wouldn’t form even when I put effort into opening my eyes>After<(After)When opening my eyes comfortably>After<(After)When looking downward>After<(After)When closing my eyes>After<(After)When wearing makeup>I first had incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction. I had it done in Gangnam, but after the first surgery, all kinds of side effects started appearing, like in the photos. To talk about the side effects I experienced, I had too little fat in my upper eyelids, so my eyes became sunken toward the eye hollow area, and creases formed as multiple folds or above the double-eyelid surgery line. Sometimes, when I was tired, the double eyelid wouldn’t form at all ;; And as in the photo above, when I looked downward, the line was clear on only one side, making my eyes look even more uneven. Because of these two things, I always had to keep my eyes wide open with a lot of effort, so my eyes felt extremely fatigued and it was so stressful ^^ And lastly, my lagophthalmos was so severe that I even developed dry eye syndrome. Because of these side effects, I got an after-service revision at the hospital where I had my first surgery, but nothing improved. And aside from the side effects, the line itself wasn’t symmetrical enough for me to be satisfied, so 4 years after my revision surgery, I finally made up my mind again and decided to have a third revision!! For the revision, I had incision + fat grafting. Because of the lagophthalmos, I could no longer have ptosis correction, so the best option was to prevent multiple creases with fat grafting, and I think the fat grafting was done so well. I wanted to lower the line to an in-out line, but they said my eyes would turn into an entirely inner line rather than an in-out line, so we just kept it close to my original line and adjusted the symmetry. I’m so satisfied, and even when I look downward, both lines are clear. It’s only been a month, but I’m so happy that I no longer have to open my eyes with effort haha I wanted this to help everyone who has side effects similar to mine, and as I kept rambling, the post got long ,,,, If you’re curious about anything, ask me anything!!
