Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

I had a consultation at Gangnam ㄱㄹㄷ and I’m curious about your opinions

This is around my 4th place I’ve visited for revision surgery, and I received a diagnosis I’d never heard before.

They said that because of the pulling force downward from the inner front part of the eyes, the double eyelid line could come undone (of course, it can also make the impression look sharp, but that’s not my main concern). So, to help the double eyelid come undone less and get the shape I want, they additionally recommended removing the epicanthal fold + restoring the red tissue.

Has anyone who, like me, has epicanthal folds and hollowing/indentation toward the front of the eyes ever been told that it could affect the longevity of the double eyelid line?
